Despite the fact that MW3 came out almost a week ago, I still haven’t managed to complete it. What can I say – this simple multiplayer was addictive! Frankly, I went to Battlefield 3 with the device after the release of the third part of the most famous action movie Modern Warfare. What captivated me about the online battles of MW3 – dynamism, speed, new and old perk system and many… many little things! Naturally, I won’t hide it – the single-player mode has become quite predictable and met, and maybe even exceeded, my expectations! Yes, there are no new ideas, the Russians are Ivan the Fools, who are successfully manipulated by the notorious villain of the previous part, Makarov, Captain Price delivers with his appearance, and the image of McTavish has worn thin after 2009 and does not look so impressive. But overall everything is great! The action on the monitor screen resembles sheer madness: a squad of Navy SEALs captures a submarine, huge explosions, bombing, the main character on a boat is evacuated by plane, New York is recaptured with heavy losses, soldiers rush to attack and enemy fire mows down your comrades during the offensive, a crazy mission with the capture of the Russian President Makarov, the adventures of MacTavish and Price in Sierra Leone, an assault on a town in Somalia, the murder of Warabe and escape during a sandstorm… the battle for Hamburg – the theater of war is so vast and believable, but every new minute of the game surprises and makes you admire the game! I don’t care about the graphics, the tons of cranberries, the incredible idiotism of everything that’s happening – the game will still grab you and won’t let you go until the final credits roll.
Despite the fact that Anton Logvinov (a fairly influential figure in the Russian gaming world) spoke impartially about the graphics, people who do not listen to the advice of others, but do as they want, have established and drawn their own conclusions. They are, of course, different for everyone, but the fact remains a fact, phrases
“What is fashionable to say here https://dbetcasino.co.uk/ – the graphic is go***, technologically it’s already tempting to puke to see the same thing” (c)
The brave reviewer of Igromania does not do himself any honor and compromises the game itself, and his other respectful readers (let’s not take into account Shkolota and others) get the impression that specific individuals who own the press and the mass audience judge the game too one-sidedly. Looking forward to the review in the December issue of the magazine.
I do not refuse part of their words and agree that the game is cranberry (and what games are now not cranberry?), but premium cranberries with their own stamps, with a whole bunch of features! I played the PC version of Battlefield 3, for the sake of this I spent money on the standard edition, given that the session was approaching in a month and required financial influence, I still did not deny myself and decided to take this step. I was interested in 2 questions:
1. Single player campaign plot.
2. It’s not hard to guess, multiplayer.
The first thing that caught my eye was the price tag (in Donetsk 200 UAH), I bought the Russia Standard Edition, the second was the poor box of the jewel edition, and an advertisement for Beeline inside. EA recommends! so to speak…
The guys from the EA marketing department went too far with the cover; instead of the usual American army soldier, we are looking at at least a terminator from the future, at most a Space Marine scout during the defense of Terra.
But this is nonsense, when I launched the single player campaign, this poor gameplay, these weapons, these ballers from the MTR, oh noooo. (Al Bashir doesn’t remind you of anyone?) the brave American Marines look impressive on the Frostbite 2 engine, the developers worked diligently, reworking the old and new core just to show our younger generation – the American Army is the best, and you are Shit! Dmitry Mayakovsky, GRU operative, seems to have come down to us from those cheap paperback novels that publishers continue to publish under the title “bestseller, action movie, etc.”.n", saturate the domestic book market. Al Bashir is the dictator of a banana/oil republic, the embodiment of all the fears of the stupid American consumer, Montes is a typical school graduate, by the will of fate he is thrown into Hell itself. In general, there is a lot to list… Oh, yes! I completely forgot the nuclear bomb in a basket on Time Square… Amir Kafarov, where did you guys get it?? How did he end up with three nuclear warheads (he stole something from a warehouse??) in general, a “story-driven exciting campaign”, or rather, what will happen in the end can be guessed without problems after 10-20 minutes of playthrough. Second-class devilry – that’s how I can describe the game. You have to be stupid to buy this game with a proud “license” stamp (having played it on a pirate first), you have to be even stupider – buy a powerful PC for a lot of money to appreciate the merits of the “Ultra” graphics settings – no point until the new generation consoles come out! Multiplayer is also mediocre and without new ideas. Some maps look terrible in every sense of the word: 64 players is too few, the whole point comes down to running over huge distances and in 50 percent of cases (and for some the percentage will increase) – death from a sniper bullet or accidentally spotted by a helicopter. Perhaps Dice should have released only a multiplayer game called Battefield 2 Frostbite 2 Edition?
Battlefield 3 is not even the younger brother of MW3, it is a glamorous high school student, without new ideas, who not only does not want to try to study, he is just a lazy person and a slacker, mutated from soft trash ala Bad Company, having slightly taken advantage of plastic surgery, he goes to a new class, striking the girls with his beauty and causing the envy of the male half with his cute face.
Conclusions: Infinity Ward, albeit without most of its employees, as well as Slagehammer Games, are moving in the right direction. We sincerely believe that the next part will be worthy and great, because as practice shows, even those who disparage Call Of Duty will still play and complete it completely. I’ll say a few words about Dice. Guys, you released Bad Company 2 on your first Frostbite, this game did not shine or stand out in any way, a typical, mediocre shooter. But when you decide to make a numbered sequel a few years after the release of Battlefield 2, it’s not a particularly successful attempt. You talk about competing with Activision, but your game is a dull clone of the previous Battlefield with beautiful graphics and some destructibility. I don’t want to insult you in any way, I love EA games (with the exception of FIFA, NFS and other conveyor belts, which are no longer doing their job, alas), but your shortcomings have migrated to the new product, which, despite a grandiose marketing campaign, has not been finalized.
